Animal Assisted Therapy

I have an office dog, Bandit, who is typically present throughout my sessions. Bandit is a Goldendoodle who loves people and enjoys comforting others with his quiet, steadfast companionship. You are invited to engage with Bandit as you are comfortable, otherwise he is content to relax on his bed for the duration of your session.

Nature Based Therapy

I offer walk-and-talk sessions in lieu of traditional office-based therapy. My office is conveniently located adjacent to a private wooded area with access to scenic fields or lakeview locations. If sitting in an office doesn’t appeal to you, you might enjoy taking a walk during our session instead.

I’M ALLISON.

I know that life can feel overwhelming. I’m here to help.

Are you struggling to find contentment in life? Do you feel like no one really understands? Perhaps you are struggling in pregnancy or postpartum, after a death, or you’ve experienced another unexpected life event. You want to be happy again, but you’re not sure how.

My approach to therapy is client-centered, meaning I allow my clients to direct the flow and direction of their sessions. I strive to provide a comforting atmosphere for all of my clients: one in which you can feel welcomed, understood, and truly cared for.

I have the knowledge and skills to help you. My clients often describe feeling more free, hopeful, and relieved at the end of our work together. My goal is to help you find that same relief.
